- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 4–6 dill pickle spears, sliced
- 2–3 slices deli meat (such as turkey, ham, or chicken)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting, optional)
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the cream cheese on one slice.
- Layer sliced pickles evenly on top of the ranch dressing.
- Add a layer of deli meat slices on top of the pickles.
- Optional: Add mustard on the other slice of bread for extra tanginess.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to close the sandwich.
- For a warm, crispy version, butter the outside of the sandwich and toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve immediately!
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, use pickle slices and omit the deli meat.
