Instructions
- Toast the multigrain bread until golden and crisp.
- Whip the ricotta cheese in a bowl with a splash of lemon juice until smooth and airy.
- Mash the ripe avocado with a fork in a separate bowl.
- Warm the berry compote gently in a saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Spread the whipped ricotta over the toasted bread slices.
- Add a generous layer of mashed avocado on top of the ricotta.
- Spoon the warm berry compote over the avocado.
- Top with halved blueberries, sprinkle with coconut flakes and lemon zest.
- Add a pinch of sea salt, serve immediately and enjoy.
