Description
A luxurious panna cotta infused with aromatic cardamom and creamy white chocolate, topped with crushed pistachios and delicate rose petals. This elegant dessert is silky, lightly spiced, and perfect for special occasions.

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon dried edible rose petals (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, sugar, and cardamom over medium heat until just simmering. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until fully melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla and the bloomed gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve for a smooth texture.
- Pour into ramekins or serving glasses. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
Notes
- For a stronger cardamom flavor, steep whole pods in the cream and strain before setting.
- Use high-quality white chocolate to avoid graininess.
- Can be unmolded or served directly in glassware.
