Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 packed cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 fresh red chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar until combined.
