Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chopped parsley, charred lemon halves, and Greek yogurt.
