Instructions

- Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and swirl immediately to form a thin layer.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Flip carefully and cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, lightly buttering the skillet between crepes.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar, strawberries, blueberries, lemon slices, and maple syrup.
