  • Powdered sugar, for serving
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and swirl immediately to form a thin layer.
  5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Flip carefully and cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter, lightly buttering the skillet between crepes.
  8. Serve warm with powdered sugar, strawberries, blueberries, lemon slices, and maple syrup.
