- 4 salmon fillets (about 170 grams each)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple slices
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place salmon fillets in the dish, arrange pineapple slices around and on top, then pour the sauce evenly over everything.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the glaze thickens.
- Spoon extra sauce over the fish and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
