Description

A sweet and savory baked salmon dish with juicy pineapple and a rich, glossy glaze that brings tropical flavor to your table.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 170 grams each)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple slices
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the dish, arrange pineapple slices around and on top, then pour the sauce evenly over everything.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the glaze thickens.
  6. Spoon extra sauce over the fish and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

  • Do not overcook the salmon to keep it tender and juicy
