- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place them into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.
