Description

Soft and fluffy banana chocolate rolls filled with melted chocolate and naturally sweet banana, perfect for a cozy treat or quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Shape the dough into rolls and place them into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.
  • Do not overmix the batter to keep the rolls soft.
  • Warm slightly before serving for gooey chocolate.
