- 1 cup roasted red peppers

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and heavy cream together until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Pour the blended sauce into the skillet and stir well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
