Description

Ingredients

  • 300 grams bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and heavy cream together until smooth.
