Ingredients

  • 2 bagels, sliced in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey ham
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and prepare your toaster.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add butter to the pan and let it melt completely.
  4. Toast the bagel halves until lightly golden. Warm the turkey ham slices in the pan.
  5. Pour the eggs into the pan and gently scramble until soft and fluffy. Place cheese slices on top and allow them to melt.
