Description

A bold and comforting dish combining smoky chorizo, tender chicken coated in a sweet and tangy honey buffalo sauce, all mixed with flavorful rice and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

  • 200 grams chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 400 grams chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare a pot to cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the honey and buffalo sauce until smooth and set aside.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chorizo until slightly crispy, then remove and set aside.
