- 1 large baguette bread
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, then add grated parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the baguette bread lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the prepared Alfredo sauce evenly over the bread.
- Add the cooked chicken on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over everything.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Slice and serve warm.
