Description

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and allow it to heat.
  4. Place chicken thighs skin side down in the skillet.
  5. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the glaze mixture into the skillet and continue cooking for 10 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken regularly.
