Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Prepare a microwave safe bowl or steamer dish and lightly dust a plate with cornstarch.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, stir together glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and melted butter until the mixture becomes smooth and lump free.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Pour the batter into a microwave safe bowl or steamer dish.
