Ingredients

- 1 packed cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Add cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon water to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add more water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
