Description

A creamy, fresh, and zesty cilantro lime sauce that pairs perfectly with tacos, bowls, wraps, grilled vegetables, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1 packed cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon water to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again for 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Add more water if needed to adjust consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Chill the sauce before serving for deeper flavor.
  • Add jalapeño for a spicy variation.
