- 500 grams cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked tortellini along with half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, let rest briefly, then serve.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor.
- Do not overcook tortellini before baking to maintain texture.
