Description

A rich and comforting baked tortellini dish coated in a creamy garlic sauce and topped with melted golden cheese, perfect for an easy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Mix in cooked tortellini along with half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, let rest briefly, then serve.
