Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add butter to the skillet, then cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic and sun dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
