Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the flour and whisk continuously for about a minute.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
