- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another bowl, and panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and fry the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir gently over low heat.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice the crispy chicken and place it over the creamy pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Do not overcrowd the skillet while frying the chicken.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
