Description

Crispy golden parmesan chicken served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce. This comforting dinner combines crunchy texture, juicy chicken, and silky garlic flavor in every bite.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets, about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare three shallow bowls. Add flour to the first bowl, beaten eggs to the second bowl, and mix parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in the third bowl.
  2. Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into the eggs, then press into the parmesan breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the breaded chicken cutlets for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the crispiest crust and best flavor.
  • Do not overcrowd the skillet while frying the chicken.
