- 500 grams ground meat
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft and lightly golden, then stir in garlic and ginger.
- Add the ground meat and cook while breaking it apart until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, spices, and salt, mixing everything well.
- Add green peas, reduce heat, and let the curry simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top.
- Serve hot with rice or bread and enjoy.

- Let the curry rest for a few minutes before serving for better flavor.
