Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams ground meat
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and lightly golden, then stir in garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the ground meat and cook while breaking it apart until browned.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, spices, and salt, mixing everything well.
  5. Add green peas, reduce heat, and let the curry simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
  6. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top.
