Description
Fried S’mores Bombs are a crispy, gooey dessert treat made by wrapping marshmallows and chocolate inside biscuit dough, then frying until golden and coating in cinnamon sugar.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1 milk chocolate bar (broken into 8 pieces)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Place one marshmallow and one piece of chocolate in the center of each circle.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges tightly to form a ball.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry each ball for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Roll the fried bombs in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still warm.
Notes
- Ensure the dough is sealed well to prevent leaking during frying.
- You can freeze the balls before frying for better shape retention.
- Serve warm for the ultimate gooey experience.
