Description

Fried S’mores Bombs are a crispy, gooey dessert treat made by wrapping marshmallows and chocolate inside biscuit dough, then frying until golden and coating in cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 1 milk chocolate bar (broken into 8 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  2. Place one marshmallow and one piece of chocolate in the center of each circle.
  3. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges tightly to form a ball.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry each ball for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  9. Roll the fried bombs in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still warm.

Notes

  • Ensure the dough is sealed well to prevent leaking during frying.
  • You can freeze the balls before frying for better shape retention.
  • Serve warm for the ultimate gooey experience.
