Description

A warm and cheesy garlic pizza with a crispy crust, rich melted mozzarella, and aromatic garlic flavor, simple yet incredibly satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (about 250 grams)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C and let it fully heat up.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic and a pinch of salt.
  3. Lightly grease your baking tray or prepare your pizza stone.
  4. Roll out the dough, spread the garlic oil evenly, then sprinkle mozzarella and oregano on top.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
