Description

Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips are tender slices of beef marinated in a sweet and savory honey glaze, then seared to perfection on a grill pan — perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  2. Add steak strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  4. Place steak strips in the hot pan in a single layer (do this in batches if needed). Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until seared and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, slice steak against the grain for extra tenderness.
  • Double the marinade to use some as a sauce after boiling it separately.
  • Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
