Description

  • Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon – boosts savory, rich taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat your wok over high heat until lightly smoking. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix diced chicken with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce. Set aside to marinate.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add marinated chicken to hot wok. Sear for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
