Description

Juicy chicken coated in a sweet and smoky honey paprika glaze, baked until tender with a rich caramelized finish.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, paprika, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Place the chicken in the dish and coat evenly with the marinade.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. Switch to broil for 3 to 5 minutes to caramelize the top.
  7. Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
