Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
- Mix in maple syrup, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and beaten eggs until combined.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the sweet potato layer.
