  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
  3. Mix in maple syrup, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and beaten eggs until combined.
