Description
A creamy and indulgent Nutella tiramisu cake layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and rich mascarpone filling, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

- 250 grams ladyfingers
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese
- 200 grams Nutella
- 240 milliliters espresso coffee
- 240 milliliters heavy cream
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare all tools and chill the mixing bowl if possible.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
- Lightly grease or line a serving dish.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into espresso and arrange a layer in the dish. Spread a portion of the cream mixture on top. Repeat layers until everything is used.
- Ensure the layers are even and well spread.
- Dust cocoa powder evenly over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Let the coffee cool before dipping the ladyfingers.
- Do not soak the biscuits too long to avoid sogginess.
- Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
