- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups thinly shredded purple cabbage
- 2 sliced avocados
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes cut into wedges
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and warm the tortillas separately.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes per side until flaky and fully cooked.
- In another bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce to make the sauce.
- Flake the cooked salmon into chunks.
- Fill warm tortillas with salmon, shredded cabbage, avocado slices, cilantro, and creamy sauce.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
