- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices crusty bread
Instructions
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Add olive oil and butter, allowing them to melt together gently.
- Stir in the sliced garlic and cook until fragrant but not browned.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, and chicken broth, then stir well.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until pink and tender.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
- Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping into the sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- Fresh lemon juice added at the end enhances the flavor.
