Description

A crispy, golden tortilla wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, fresh vegetables, and a crunchy tostada shell, creating a perfect balance of textures and bold flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. Lightly oil the skillet to prepare for cooking the wraps.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, add cooked beef, sprinkle cheese, place a tostada shell on top, then add sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. Fold the tortilla edges inward to seal.
  5. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest briefly.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the wrap to ensure easy folding.
  • Cook seam-side down first to keep it sealed.
  • Use medium heat to avoid burning the tortilla.
