- 500 grams ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
- Lightly oil the skillet to prepare for cooking the wraps.
- Lay out a tortilla, add cooked beef, sprinkle cheese, place a tostada shell on top, then add sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. Fold the tortilla edges inward to seal.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from heat and let it rest briefly.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wrap to ensure easy folding.
- Cook seam-side down first to keep it sealed.
- Use medium heat to avoid burning the tortilla.
