Description

A juicy stacked burger layered with melted cheese, crisp vegetables, and creamy sauces, all locked together in a perfectly toasted bun for a satisfying bite every time.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 8 pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then gently form into 4 patties.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt evenly.
  4. Place patties in the skillet and cook, adding cheese slices on top near the end.
  5. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Toast the burger buns with butter until golden.
  7. Assemble with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, patty, pickles, and top bun, then serve.

Notes

  • Do not press the patties too much while cooking to keep them juicy.
  • Toast the buns lightly to avoid sogginess.
