Description

  • 500 grams ground turkey
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, half of the parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
