- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make space in the fridge.
- Add the chocolate chips and unsalted butter to a heatproof bowl, then melt gently until smooth.
- Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and fine salt until fully combined.
- Add the cornflakes to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold gently with a spatula until the cornflakes are evenly coated without crushing them.
- Spoon small clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill for 20 minutes, or until firm and crisp.
- Serve cold or at cool room temperature.
