Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly butter the skillet to prepare for cooking.
  4. Lay out the tortillas, spread the tuna mixture evenly, add shredded cheese and lettuce, then fold into wraps.
  5. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.

  • Use medium heat to ensure even melting without burning.
